I am grateful for all of my many blessings, especially my family.

I challenge you, every day to think of new things that you can express gratitude for.

Give thanks to the Lord for He is good and His love endures forever. Psalm 107:1

I will give thanks to the Lord with all of my heart and tell of his wonderful deeds.     Psalm 9:1

Oh, give thanks to the Lord, praise His name. Make known among the nations what He has done. The Lord is Good. Psalm 105:1

Blessings to you from Blue Heron Cove and The Olde Fishing Village!

  1. I, too, am grateful for the many blessings God bestows, especially my family. In March of this year I decided to become more intentional about gratitude and began a new journal, “A Celebration of Small Things.” It’s a delightful challenge to take note of at least one special moment or blessing each day! P.S. Thank you very much for becoming a follower of my blog, From the Inside Out. I pray you’ll find the posts meaningful!

    • Nearly 36 years ago, as I young woman, I learned through scripture ‘how’ to express gratitude and thanks to the Lord. For that I am eternally grateful. ~ I think I have always been one to be thankful but the credit is the Lord’s. Now that I live with a physical impairment, giving thanks helps me to take my focus off of myself. Though some days I have to repeatedly remind myself to redirect my focus. I am also grateful for having the blogsite where I’ve had a number of opportunities to express thankfulness. I applaud you for starting the new journal. The ‘small things’ do add up. I can relate – did you see my post about the 1,000 sparkles? Thank you for visiting and for sharing! I’m sure that I will find your posts meaningful. I look forward to visiting frequently. Blessings!
